2. 个人简历 专兼职职务

从事园艺园林、生物技术等专业的研究生和本科生教学工作。已先后招收博士后、博士生、硕士生(含留学生)以及非全日制专业学位硕士生共300多名以上。在科研上,长期致力于园艺植物生物技术与遗传资源研究。近10多年来,先后主持了国家自然科学基金面上项目5项,国家科技支撑计划、948计划、国家现代农业产业技术体系专项资金2008-2025国家重点研发专项、教育部霍英东教育基金会高校青年教师基金、教育部首批高校骨干教师资助计划、教育部博士点专项科研基金、省重大科技专项(首席专家)、省重大科技平台建设项目等各1项,省重大科技专项专题2项,省自然科学基金4项;获省科技进步一、二等奖3项,省自然科学优秀论文一等奖3篇;在Plant PhysiologyGigaScienceiSciencePlant ScienceMolecular BreedingBMC GenomicsBMC Plant BiologyFrontiers in Plant SciencePlant Physiology and Biochemistry、中国农业科学、园艺学报、果树学报等国内外杂志和学术会议上发表学术论文900,其中SCI收录100多篇、知网收录779中国农业科学6篇、园艺学报25篇、果树学报17篇,核心刊物约300多篇;国家发明专利授权12件;出版和参编专著、教材6部。选育的果树新品种1个(“金秋早”金柑)。1994年建立了世界上第一个木本植物体胚发生模式实验系统——龙眼体细胞胚胎发生系统,为研究植物体细胞胚胎发生(即植物细胞全能性的理想实验系统)做出了重要贡献,得到国内外同行的高度肯定。2017年,指导团队在国际上首次破译中国最有特色的药用果树龙眼的基因组,论文在牛津大学出版社出版的Giga-Science杂志上在线发表是无患子科植物第一个全基因组数据库。龙眼基因组的破译,标志着福建农林大学在相关领域的研究处于国际领先水平。2020年,团队作为技术支撑的福建多花黄精种苗繁育基地建设项目,列入国家种业提升工程。

1998年被评为福建农业大学首届十佳青年优秀教师;1999年被授予“福建省新长征突击手”称号;2000年获教育部霍英东教育基金会高校青年教师基金;2000年分别入选教育部首批高校骨干教师资助计划和福建省“百千万人才工程”人选;2007年所带领的学术团队被授予“福建省新长征突击队” 称号;2009年所指导的研究生硕士论文被评为2009年度“全国农业推广专业硕士优秀论文”;2013年以来获得省优秀博士论文3篇、优秀硕士论文7篇。2002-2018年先后被授予福建农林大学“优秀教师”、“师德标兵”、“教学名师”、“优秀研究生导师”、“优秀教育工作者”等荣誉称号,2015年所领衔的学术团队被授予“2014-2015年度福建农林大学青年五四奖章集体”荣誉称号;2018年入选福建农林大学园艺学“双一流”学科科技创新团队,并被遴选为“福建省级研究生导师团队”。2022年第三次被评为校“优秀研究生导师”

此外,在参政议政方面,先后作为农业界全国政协委员、福建省政协委员、民革福建省委副主委等,积极参加全国政协、民革中央和省政协的视察和调研活动,聚焦“三农”建言献策。20112020-20224次被福建省政协评为“履职优秀政协委员”。任职十二届全国政协委员以来,利用和发挥自身专业优势,聚焦“三农”和“乡村振兴”实施战略,开展富有成效的参政议政工作,民革中央2014-2015年连续2年进行了通报表扬。担任全国、省政协委员20年,提交了几十件提案,在人民网、光明网、中国网发表了大量相关言论,为推动我国三农工作和乡村振兴事业做出了一定的贡献

10多年来,先后指导本科生获得国家级大学生创新创业计划项目立项7项,获国际遗传工程机器大赛iGEM 银奖1项,获全国大学生挑战杯三等奖1项、省挑战杯二等奖1项,获校级优秀毕业论文15篇,推免保送北京大学、浙江大学等985高校和中科院直博生10多名;指导研究生获国家奖学金10多人次,获全国农业推广硕士优秀学位论文1篇、省级优博优硕11篇。目前已经指导毕业的学生有20人评上正高级职称,6人遴选为博士生导师,40多人评上副高级职称,11人担任高校中层领导或县处级以上领导干部,成为各行各业的骨干。2009年《园艺特色专业建设的探索与实践》获校本科教学成果二等奖;2022年《面向园艺学科前沿和国家产业需求,发挥研究生导师团队优势培养“顶天立地”创新人才》获校研究生教学成果二等奖,同时获园艺学院科研突出贡献一等奖。2021年获福建农林大学科研育人突出贡献三等奖
